Few things are more rewarding than guiding a buyer from the very beginning of their search to the closing table. As a buyer’s representative, I focus on making sure that my customer is fully aware of each and every step and potential obstacle in the process.
Before we even begin our quest, I outline a step-by-step checklist that includes trusted recommendations in various related industries—mortgage bankers, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, etc—and an approximate timeline from when we have an offer accepted. Most importantly, I listen to what you, as the buyer, want (and, more importantly, don’t want!), and supplement that with my thoughts on what neighborhoods or tweaks in criteria might yield the happiest result for you given market conditions.
Whether it takes two weeks or two years, I love the journey, and I make sure that we have fun! It’s imperative to me that you feel taken care of, comfortable, and not rushed. My mantra has always been one of ethics, patience, transparency, and constant communication.
Buying a home or an investment property is an exciting moment in one’s life, and that means you should do your due diligence and be certain that a given apartment or house is the right fit for you. It’s an adventure that we take together, and everyone on our team should be in sync to reach our goal—a successful and joyous turning over of the keys.
