When I work with my sellers, it's imperative that they know they’ll always be in the loop on what’s going on with the property. Prior to listing the apartment or house—what sort of activity has been going on in the building or the area? What’s the market like, and is the season right to list your apartment? Should you do some work to the unit? Stage it? Leave it exactly as is? What pricing strategy should we employ to maximize your return?
If you’re in a rush to sell, I might suggest a different number and approach than if you have all the time in the world. But when our initial meeting concludes, you’ll have my thoughts firmly in hand, and you’ll be in a position to make the best decision for you and your future. That’s my goal as your broker—to help you achieve your goals.
I’ve sold apartments, brownstones and houses all over Manhattan and Brooklyn, and I love the rush of bouncing around neighborhoods and devouring the different pulses of each area. The tranquility of Carroll Gardens, the edge of Tribeca, the verve of Chelsea: every part of the city is different, and as a lifelong New Yorker, I have a unique perspective on each and every location and how it speaks to potential buyers. That allows me to position each property I represent in the best possible light. And once it’s on the market, you can rest easy each night knowing that I’m working relentlessly on your behalf.
My sellers receive regular updates via email, text and phone on activity, potential interest, feedback, and offers. This continues until the closing and doesn’t stop there—I never lose touch with a client by choice! One of my greatest joys is sharing a cup of coffee with someone whom I’ve had a delightful working relationship with. I hope you’ll be one of them!
