I took an immediate shine to the real estate industry upon discovering it in early 2005, and quickly moved to start up my own firm, Aboveground Realty, later that year (I renamed my company Skygroup Realty in 2010; "Sky" is my middle name). I have handled immense rental portfolios in Tribeca and Midtown, and worked on sales transactions ranging from $200,000 to $11,000,000. No matter the deal size, I follow a strict mantra of ethics, responsibility, professionalism, patience, and hard work with my customers, and I've always prided myself on treating each person who requests my time or help equally. I cherish having a team that I trust and love to make sure everyone is taken care of. After more than ten years in the industry, I have a strong internal network of excellent and reliable professionals such as real estate lawyers, mortgage bankers, home inspectors, architects, and contractors to help make my clients' transactions as smooth as possible.
Born on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in 1979, I've only taken a break from the magnificence NYC has to offer to attend Brandeis University in Waltham, MA, near Boston, for college. I completed my MBA from NYU Stern in May 2015, and live with my wife Francesca, son Julian, and toy poodle Kiki in Brooklyn. In my spare time, I love cinema (I was a film critic for years before discovering real estate), sports, fine dining, and anything involving my family and friends.
