For Real Estate Sellers in Manhattan and Brooklyn

Considering selling your home? I can help!

Has the time come to move? You’ve come to the right place! When I work with sellers, I consider it imperative that they’re in the loop on what’s happening, from the pre-listing process right up until closing.

Some examples of what I like to make sure my clients are up to date on:

Modern apartment living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a city skyline and river at sunset, from a real estate listing by The Leibowitz Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
  • Backyard patio from a real estate listing by The Leibowitz Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, with outdoor furniture, planters with green bushes and white flowers, surrounded by a wooden fence and large trees, with houses in the background.

    The Current Real Estate Market

What’s the market like? Is the time right? How do interest rates, the stock market and overall buyer activity look?

  • A bedroom seen through open double doors, from a real estate listing by The Leibowitz Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. The bedroom has a bed with a white duvet and blue pillows, two nightstands with lamps, wall art, and a green armchair.

    Staging and Renovations

Should you do some work to the unit to spruce it up a bit? A little can go a long way in maximizing your ROI. Is staging a worthy investment or is virtual staging sufficient?

  • Panoramic view of a city skyline viewed from out the window of a real estate listing by The Leibowitz Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, with tall buildings, a river in the background, and a clear blue sky.

    Real Estate Pricing Strategies

What’s the optimal pricing strategy to maximize your odds of achieving the highest possible sales price?

  • Modern living room from a real estate listing by The Leibowitz Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, with a beige sofa, white walls, large windows, black spiral staircase, abstract art on walls, wooden floor, and a small coffee table on a beige rug.

How Personal Timing Affects Your Strategy

What’s your timing? If you’re in a rush, that might call for a different strategy than if you have all the time in the world.

The Leibowitz Team Signature Process

There are a few key steps I take with each real estate listing. This thorough process ensures my clients are cared for and maximizes the odds of a great sale price.

Optimal Listing Presentation:

We make sure our listings are presented with the utmost of care: (a) first-rate description ad copy; (b) top-end photography; (c) custom touches where appropriate, such as a 3D tour and/or video if the listing is appropriately furnished so it’s a clear positive.

Virtual Staging:

If the property is empty and we determine staging doesn’t make sense, we virtually stage the listing at our expense for maximum online impact.

Listing Status Updates:

I share regular weekly updates with my clients of listing activity, feedback and my professional opinion on how things look.

Turnkey Service:

I handle every single transaction I’m part of with integrity, patience, a nonstop work ethic and a creative mindset that never stops trying to think of new ways to think outside the box.

A People-First Approach to Real Estate Sales

I’ve sold numerous brownstones, co-ops, luxury condos and new developments throughout all of Manhattan and Brooklyn for nearly two decades—as a lifelong New Yorker who was born-and-raised on the Upper West Side and has lived in Brooklyn for the past 18+ years, I’m deeply familiar with nearly every neighborhood you could think of…and with what makes them so distinctly NYC. For a complimentary consultation, please email, text or call anytime! I truly can’t wait to be at your service.
